Relationship Skills for Highly Sensitive People (HSP):
If you are wondering whether you are a HSP, here is a brief on-line test to find out. For the roughly 20% of the population that is, heightened sensitivities brings unique challenges and gifts, depending on how they are respected and integrated into our lives. If you are a HSP or have a close friend or partner who is, this group can be an excellent resource for information and support. To join the group please visit:
The Marin Healthy Relationship Practice Group:
This Group currently meets two or more times a month in several formats:
- Once a month I host an experiential presentation of a specific skill that can benefit all human relationships.
- Once a month I host a general support group to help you further integrate the skills I present or receive support in any other area you wish to bring to the group.
- From time to time I host one-time events in addition.
Outside The Box Events:
This group is for me and other members to invite unusual one-time or ongoing experiences which deepen connection outside the norm in our society. One of the ongoing events I host through this group is a bed-time story and cuddle evening. You may join this group by visiting: http://storytelling.meetup.com/22.
Workshops for Highly Sensitive People (HSP):
One of my passions is growing in relationships with respect for my own heightened sensitivity. It is also a pleasure to present what I learn from time to time in evening, day-long and weekend seminars. If you are interested in these, join the Relationship Practice Group or the general mailing list to be kept informed.
Visit the Crystal Temple:
The crystal temple is a truly magical place with a crystal grid weighing more than one thousand pounds, lit by candles and halogen. It is available to groups and individuals by private appointment for a one or two hour guided introduction and ritual. The suggested donation is $30.00 per person for as many as twelve people. To create an appointment please e-mail Dane with "Crystal Temple" in the subject heading.
